B2B Asia News and iBlooming Cambodia are pleased to announce the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) establishing a framework designed to strengthen media collaboration, advertising support, business visibility, and partnership engagement within the iBlooming ecosystem.
The agreement was signed on May 30, 2026, by Onggy Hianata, Founder & Global Strategist of iBlooming, and Sarvinoz Nuritdinova, CEO of B2B Asia News.
The partnership aims to synergise B2B Asia News’s position as a business-focused online media platform with iBlooming’s digital ecosystem, which features artificial intelligence (AI)-based human development tools such as GIM, iMatrix, and iLearn.
Together, the parties will explore collaborative media, content, and promotional opportunities to strengthen business engagement across Cambodia and regional markets.
Under the terms of the MoA, B2B Asia News will pave the way for joint business-related content creation. The parties will explore opportunities to co-produce:
- Feature articles and business content
- Interview-based promotional content
- Market overview and industry update content
- Educational and promotional articles
In addition to media collaboration, the agreement introduces a mutually beneficial commercial framework through a 'Funding Back' scheme for selected products and services within the iBlooming ecosystem.
