R&F CITY Celebrates Its Eighth Anniversary with Community Upgrades and the Launch of NOVA Premium Residences

R&F CITY held its eighth anniversary celebration and the launch of NOVA premium residences at the project’s sales centre on October 31, 2026, welcoming approximately 200 homeowners, business partners, media representatives and industry guests.

Since its launch in 2018, R&F CITY has progressively delivered homes and developed its commercial and sports amenities. As of the launch event, the project had delivered more than 3,200 homes and completed 12 high-rise towers, with homeowners from 28 countries and regions. It has steadily grown into an established community integrating residential living, retail, sports and community services.

As part of the community upgrades, the opening of the MIRO main entrance to traffic further improves access for residents. New pickleball courts have also opened, offering professional training and opportunities for social play. A pet-friendly park is scheduled to open on December 15, providing additional outdoor space for families with pets.

Property management service upgrades cover entrance verification, property agent registration, everyday convenience facilities, care for children and older residents, and a more efficient repair request process. Home condition records, regular inspections of vacant properties, home maintenance and rent collection services also support homeowners’ needs, whether they live in their homes or entrust them to property managers.

The centerpiece of the event was the official unveiling of NOVA premium residences, featuring six home configurations ranging from approximately 54 to 195 square metres. Reconfigured spaces, enhanced functionality and refined details cater to the lifestyles of different households.

The approximately 54-square-metre residence focuses on a hotel-style suite experience. Two approximately 78-square-metre options offer distinct benefits: the privacy of two bedroom suites and the efficient use of space in a two-bedroom home. The approximately 132-, 134- and 195-square-metre residences provide differentiated layouts designed for flexible use, family living and distinct settings for social gatherings.

NOVA’s interior design draws on a “Nanyang Reverie” theme, bringing together warm wood finishes, stone textures and a tranquil colour palette. Whole-home smart systems are included throughout the collection, integrating aesthetics and everyday functionality.

Following the launch, guests visited the show homes on the third floor of B2 in groups and spoke with project consultants about layouts, spatial functions and specifications.

Popular Cambodian singer Mina performed at the event, which also featured a buffet dinner and pickleball activities. Representatives of leading local media outlets and social media creators were among the invited guests.

By bringing community renewal together with residential product upgrades, the eighth anniversary celebration highlighted R&F CITY’s continued development from construction and delivery towards ongoing operations and services. The project will continue to respond to residents’ needs by enhancing amenities, improving services and introducing new residential offerings, further developing an established community that brings together homes, retail, sports and community operations.
