The Black Swan Summit Cambodia, organised by the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) and the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC), is happening on November 15–16, 2026, in Phnom Penh, alongside the Sommet de la Francophonie (Francophonie Summit).

Central bankers, regulators, banks, fintechs and investors from across Asia and the Francophone world will meet to work through the biggest questions in financial infrastructure: who builds the rails, who controls the currency, and how markets connect. Hear directly from the team behind Bakong, Cambodia's national payment system.
