PharmKulen Technologies Co., Ltd. and QlinicOS Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding on October 23, 2026, to link QlinicOS’s clinical platform with PharmKulen’s network of licensed pharmacies. The MoU was signed by Khidayotullo Salakhitdinov, CEO of PharmKulen, and Ansuman Das, Founder and CEO of QlinicOS.

Under the partnership, patients of QlinicOS clinics will be able to see which nearby pharmacy has their prescribed medicine, pay for it, and collect it or have it delivered. Doctors prescribe on QlinicOS and licensed pharmacies on PharmKulen dispense. The companies will next agree on the integration and choose the first clinics and pharmacies in Phnom Penh for a pilot.

“Too many people in Cambodia still go from pharmacy to pharmacy looking for what their doctor prescribed,” said Khidayotullo Salakhitdinov. “With QlinicOS, the patient knows where to go before they leave the clinic.”

“A prescription written on QlinicOS shouldn’t end at the clinic door,” said Ansuman Das. “Linking to PharmKulen’s licensed pharmacies means the patient leaves knowing the medicine is in stock and where to get it, and the doctor knows it was filled.”
