HONG KONG – NagaCorp Ltd. (“NagaCorp” or the “Company”, SEHK stock code: 3918), which operates NagaWorld, the leading Integrated Resort in the Mekong Region, is included in the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ Southeast Asia list for the second consecutive year, rising to No. 31 from No. 46 in 2025. The Company, which is also the only Cambodian company on the 2026 list, has once more demonstrated a strong and sustainable work culture that is supported by the Company’s investment in people and empowerment.

The 2026 edition is built entirely on confidential employee feedback gathered by Great Place To Work®, which examines how well companies build trust, fairness, and purpose, and how consistently these values are lived across teams and markets. To qualify, companies must be Great Place To Work Certified™ and employ at least 200 people in Southeast Asia. NagaWorld, with a workforce of nearly 6,000 employees, achieved an exceptional Trust Index™ score of 97 per cent, up from 95 per cent last year and well above the industry standard of 65 per cent.

“Being recognised for a second consecutive year, and at a higher position, is a tribute to our people,” explains Philip Lee, NagaCorp Chairman and Executive Director. “It starts with people, and that is why we invest in them by equipping them, prioritising their wellbeing and, most importantly, empowering them to do their best at work. When you invest in people, they stay with you and progressively grow, and our guests feel the difference every time they step into our integrated resort. It is evident that our people are deeply passionate about their work and about giving back to our community and environment.”

NagaCorp attributes the improvement to sustained investment in our people through training and development, and grounded in our CARES core values: Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Excellence and Sustainability. The Company’s employee retention strengthened as our people felt valued, with their wellbeing being taken care of. The annualised turnover rate more than halved to 3.2 per cent in the first eight months of 2026, compared with 6.9 per cent in all of 2025.

NagaCorp continues to grow our employees through career development and progression. In the first eight months of 2026, the Company maintained a near-100 per cent training attendance rate, with total attendance 18 per cent above the 2025 total and training reinforced by assessments. Attendance at the leadership development series more than tripled compared with 2025. Meanwhile, promotions into management roles to date grew by more than 40 per cent compared with 2025 – reflecting the Company’s commitment to recognising our employees’ contribution and growth.

MyPortal, NagaCorp’s mobile app, keeps colleagues connected, updated and engaged. Currently, MyPortal usage has increased by 18 per cent compared with 2025, with the adoption rate staying above 95 per cent in every department.

The result of this people-first investment is visible to our guests: positive TripAdvisor reviews mentioning NagaCorp team members were running 65 per cent month on month from January to May 2026 – a direct reflection of a team that feels valued, and in turn delivers a stronger guest experience. Those efforts are recognised and rewarded accordingly, through the Company’s internal Employee of the Month initiative and Honesty Award, which keep everyone motivated to continue performing high standards in hospitality.

Additionally, NagaCorp’s employees have also cultivated a profound, heartfelt commitment to giving back to the community and the environment. NagaWorld Kind Hearts, established in 2014, is the Company’s flagship Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, driven by our employee volunteers across four pillars: Education, Community, Sports and Environment. Over 1,600 activities across 16 provinces and nearly 65,000 volunteer hours have benefited more than 1 million Cambodian lives.
