ISF Cambodia and KlapYaHandz Records (KYH) officially launched a new pilot partnership bringing together football, music, creativity and positive role models to support and inspire young people in Cambodia.

The MOU signing ceremony between ISF Cambodia and KlapYaHandz Records took place on September 23, 2026, at ISF Stueng Meanchey, and was attended by representatives of both parties, as well as ISF students.

At the heart of the partnership is ISF’s football programme, which uses sport to create a safe and supportive environment where young people can participate, build confidence and develop teamwork, resilience and leadership.

The partnership will combine ISF Cambodia's experience in education, football and social development, with KlapYaHandz Records' artists, creative expertise and ability to connect with young audiences through music and culture.

KYH artists Vuthea and Izame Siva are taking part in the initiative as mentors and positive role models, joining selected ISF activities and engaging directly with young participants around confidence, resilience, teamwork, creativity and leadership.

The collaboration will also explore new storytelling, content and partnership opportunities designed to increase awareness and support for ISF's work with vulnerable children and communities in Cambodia.
