Wing Bank and Borey Peng Huoth Partner to Simplify the Path to Homeownership

Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc. and Borey Peng Huoth have signed a partnership agreement to offer Borey Peng Huoth homebuyers housing loans from Wing Bank and to support the developer's business with banking services.

The event was attended by Neak Oknha Kith Meng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wing Bank and Chairman and CEO of the Royal Group of Companies; Dr. Dmytro Kolechko, CEO of Wing Bank; H.E. Soeng Dara, Deputy CEO of Peng Huoth Group; and H.E. Hong Dany, CEO of Borey Peng Huoth, alongside distinguished guests and senior management representatives from both organisations.

Customers purchasing properties from Borey Peng Huoth can explore housing loan packages from Wing Bank, with a dedicated relationship manager guiding each application, subject to the Bank's lending policies and approval.

As part of the partnership, Borey Peng Huoth is offering a 1 per cent discount on house prices to customers purchasing a home through a Wing Bank housing loan. All Wing Bank and Royal Group employees are also eligible for a 1 per cent discount on house prices. This special offer is valid from the date of signing until November 4, 2027.

Buying a home starts well before the loan, with a booking fee and monthly instalments. The partnership will also explore digital payments for both.
