PICASSO SKY GEMME Groundbreaking Ceremony Successfully Held

On the morning of March 17, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony of PICASSO SKY GEMME, a 52-storey high-end residential development by Picasso City Garden Development Co., Plc. (PCG), was successfully held in Phnom Penh.

More than 300 distinguished guests attended the ceremony. Following speeches and blessing rituals, guests jointly performed the ceremonial groundbreaking, marking the official commencement of the project.

H.E. Dr. Heng Vuthy, Chairman of the Chinese Investment in Cambodia Association (CICA), noted that the project will enhance urban living standards while contributing to employment and economic growth.

The project also launched new residential units with a limited “Groundbreaking Privilege” offer, attracting strong interest.

Located in BKK1, PICASSO SKY GEMME will rise approximately 180 metres with 52 storeys and around 276 exclusive residential units, positioning itself as a new landmark in Phnom Penh’s skyline.
