With the aim of helping people access modern healthcare services more easily, Metfone has officially signed strategic cooperation agreements with Military Hospital 175 and FV Hospital in Vietnam. This marks an important step toward building a practical and convenient digital healthcare ecosystem for the community.
In recent years, traveling to Vietnam for medical check-ups and treatment has become a familiar choice for many Cambodian families, thanks to the strong reputation and high expertise of Vietnamese doctors. However, geographical distance and administrative procedures remain significant challenges for many patients. Recognizing this, Metfone has established partnerships with two leading hospitals—Military Hospital 175 and FV Hospital—to create a seamless “healthcare bridge” between the two countries.
Through this collaboration, Metfone will leverage its extensive network infrastructure and digital payment ecosystem to support users. According to a Metfone representative, the company will deploy telehealth solutions that allow patients to consult directly with experienced doctors in Vietnam via their mobile phones. In addition, integrating hospital fee payments through the eMoney wallet will make the treatment process faster, more transparent, and more secure.
Metfone’s vision for this partnership goes beyond business objectives, focusing on its responsibility to the community. By working with Military Hospital 175—an institution with a long history of supporting healthcare services in Cambodia—and FV Hospital, an internationally accredited JCI-standard facility, Metfone aims to provide Cambodian citizens with more options for high-quality medical treatment, supported by a comprehensive process from consultation to post-treatment care.
