The Indian Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (InCham) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Himawari Hotel on March 28, 2026. The event was led by InCham President, Sandeep Majumdar, alongside the chamber's new Board of Directors (BOD), including Jhelum Chowdhury, Partho Ghosh, Tapas Kulia, and Daksh Rawal.

Approximately 60 participants gathered for the event, where membership certificates and exclusive membership perks were handed out. The gathering also served as a business-to-business matchmaking session between Cambodian and Indian enterprises.

T. Ramesh, Second Secretary at the Embassy of India in Phnom Penh, attended the post AGM dinner and networking, as a representative of the Indian Embassy, and also shared remarks in appreciation of InCham Cambodia's work.

During the meeting, Sandeep Majumdar highlighted InCham’s role in developing trade between Cambodia and India.

"We provide a platform for Indian investors looking to enter the Cambodian market and for Cambodian partners seeking Indian collaborations," he said. "When delegations arrive, whether in the agriculture, textile, or pharmaceutical sectors, we match them with local partners in the same trade to generate growth and opportunities for both nations."

Majumdar further explained that InCham provides two primary tiers of support: collaborating with the Embassy of India for government-led delegations, and assisting private chambers in establishing business ties. He also noted that InCham members receive exclusive benefits from "Power Partners", including discounts ranging from 20 to 50 per cent on various services and products to motivate and support the business community.
