The Asia-Pacific Development Bank (APD Bank) has announced it will be undergoing a period of system maintenance from March 11–15, 2026, during which core banking services, including deposits and withdrawals, will be temporarily suspended. 

A notice published by the bank via its social media page states that this system maintenance is intended “to enhance service quality” and will last for five days, from 10:00 AM on March 11 until 11:59 PM on March 15.

During this period, the following APD Bank services will be temporarily unavailable:

  • All APD Mobile and iBanking functions, except Account Inquiry and Own Account Transfer
  • Virtual Teller Machine (VTM) services
  • Visa, UPI, and CSS Card services
  • All other services provided at APD Bank branches

The bank extends its sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused and urges customers to contact the bank with any enquiries via phone number at 023 933 999 or 1800211 888, or via the bank's Customer Support Telegram.
