In honour of International Women’s Day, EuroCham Cambodia is hosting a free event, “Gender Equality Means Business”, in collaboration with UN Women. The event will take place on March 14, 2025, at Raintree Cambodia, bringing together leaders and stakeholders from the business community to discuss the importance of gender equality in the workplace.

The event will focus on the significance of integrating gender equality into business practices, with a special emphasis on the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) and the Gender Action Lab. These initiatives are designed to encourage businesses to take action and champion gender equality in their operations and leadership structures.

• Key Highlights: Open Discussion on Gender Equality in Business: Leading experts and industry professionals will explore the business case for gender equality and its impact on productivity, innovation, and organisational success.
• Signing Ceremony: Private companies will take a significant step forward by pledging their commitment to the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), signaling their dedication to advancing gender equality in their workplaces.
• Networking Opportunity: Following the formal discussions, attendees will be invited to a networking event on the terrace of Raintree Cambodia, where they can connect with like-minded individuals, exchange ideas, and build valuable relationships over drinks and canapés.
