Geographical Indication in Cambodia and its link with the French Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC)

Theme: Cambodia's traditional rural products that are truly "common wealth" for the country. Two products have been identified: Kampot pepper and palm sugar from Kampong Speu. This workshop will address the issue of Protected Geographical Indications (PGI), which are internationally validated procedures and protect the names of products and manufacturing processes.
