AmCham is hosting a dinner and special briefing by guest speaker Guy Spooner on Cambodia's National Arbitration Centre (NAC). The presentation will look at how the NAC will be an alternative dispute resolution mechanism in Cambodia. Guy Spooner is a dispute resolution lawyer based in Singapore where he is head of Asia International Commercial Arbitration and Dispute Resolution with Norton Rose Fulbright. The event takes place on August 14 at Raffles Hotel, from 6pm to 8.30pm. There will be a buffet dinner, free-flow soft drinks and beer and two wine tickets. Tickets cost $35 for members, $40 for members of supporting organisations, $45 for members of the public and $50 for walk-ins with no reservations. RSVP to admin@amchamcambodia.net before August 9.
