The Shanty Town Spirit Association is set to host a 10 year anniversary celebration “Thank You event” in December to mark a decade of commendable service, and to show appreciation to the partners and supporters who have been instrumental in the association’s success.
Founded in 2013 by Princess Ermine Norodom, the association has dedicated itself to enhancing the lives of Cambodia’s most underprivileged communities residing in impoverished conditions within a dumpsite in Phnom Penh.

At a press conference on November 16, 2023, at the Raffles Hotel Le Royal, the Shanty Town Spirit Association officially announced the upcoming 10th anniversary celebration and thank you event which will be held on December 7, 2023 at the Raffles Hotel as well. The press event was hosted by Princess Ermine and her husband, Prince Narithipong Norodom, and attended by sponsors, media partners, association ambassadors, and other distinguished guests.
